FAQs

To better understand the various reasons a post may be published on this platform, please refer to the Post Requirements section. In addition, consider the following:
- Even if a suggestion has been made before, we would like to explore our platform’s potential contribution to the issue.
- People take web pages more seriously than social media posts.
- Even if the coverage of the platform remains limited to the interest of our team or if its outreach remains limited to a small group of people, at the very least;
- It satisfies our passions.
- It relieves the concerns in our heads, through sharing problems and solutions with others.
- We can raise awareness within our circles—it's also a contribution. We don't have to save the world! 😉
- If ideas spread beyond this, then Hooray!

- Static web pages, like ours, typically feature more comprehensive and in-depth content than comment sections on review platforms, making them more effective.
- We try to cover multiple aspects of an issue to ensure a thorough discussion. Review platforms and rating pages often focus on single complaints or problems.
- Other reasons making F&A more effective are described in the Post Requirements section.
This has been addressed in the How F&A Benefits You section of the User Manual.
As outlined in our approach statement, we are never opposers of any company or individual. We focus on constructive criticism and propose solutions whenever possible. Mentioning a brand name is considered necessary only to clarify an aspect of the issue at hand, and in fact, we help the brand by diagnosing problems. After all, “there’s no such thing as bad publicity,” so we may actually be promoting the brand in one sense—making it one step ahead of its competitors! 😉
You might also want to read the question about posts on specific services and brands (the “Micro” platform).
The Feedback & Action platform mainly focuses on issues that affect the broader community, a sector, or require multidisciplinary attention, including adoption of practices and cultures. As for suggestions related to a specific company or service only, we thought it would be nicer to keep those separate to avoid overwhelming the general audience with too many details. That’s how the “Feedback & Action - Micro” sub-platform was born!
F&A-Micro allows us to maintain the broader focus of the main platform while still giving space for smaller, more service-specific feedback.
Blogger is the back end of blog sites such as our platform and Blogspot is the domain name under which these blogs are published. This is just the way Google has arranged them after acquiring Blogger in 2003. We believe that Blogspot is one of the most important inventions of the early 21st century, as it promises to make a significant contribution to civilization. It enables anyone to write and share great ideas without requiring any web-related technical skills. Blogger & Blogspot can certainly be used to spread useful information, and therefore, should be considered part of the world's cultural heritage.
To wrap up, we chose this tool because: 1. It’s handy and accessible. 2. We love supporting and promoting it. 🧡
Some of you may think that we stuck with the “blogspot.com” domain because the “.com” domain had already been taken, but that’s not the case. 😉 Why don’t you go ahead and check out this link: www.feedbackandaction.com? A surprise awaits you!
